Hi, i like design, that's why i came across your site and blog. Some nice stuff! Why do you call yourself Stingo though? Thought it was funny. The main charachter in the famous novel Sophie's Choice is called Stingo, is it from there? I googled it and found out that it's also the name of an old beer and a hotel in Melbourne, Yorkshire Stingo Hotel. Kinda funny! Maybe you really like beer? :) Anyway, just curious. /Jake
Hi Jake! Thanks for the kind words! Wow, I had no idea there was a hotel with that name. I have to go there now, sounds awesome! I knew about the Yorkshire Stingo cider, but not the beer. I'm called Stingo because I adore Ingemar "Ingo" Johansson who was a Swedish boxing legend in the 50's. My name is Stina, so Stina + Ingo = Stingo. Thanks for the research, man! I should have looked that up myself.
Oh, I know about him! Bit cooler than the beer thing. :D But maybe it was cider, I'm not sure. I kinda thought first that it was because of the Sophie's choice thing, it's so famous. Anyway. The hotel thing was almost freeky, you being from Sweden and living in a town on the other side of the world that happens to have an hotel with your alterego in it's name.
