Lately I've noticed that acresses flirts heavily with indie music. It's nice, because they're often rediculously spoiled with to-die-for side-kick musicians and the results are quite delicious. First Zooey Deschanel teamed up with M. Ward and formed She&Him. Then Scarlett Johansson and Pete Yorn got related.
